Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quote, issuing a purchase order or engaging Easy Trees Arboriculture, you accept the terms outlined below.

1. Standards and Execution

All climbing, tree care, environmental arboriculture and consulting works comply with applicable Australian Standards (AS 4373-2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees, AS 4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites) and industry best practices (MIS Series by Arboriculture Australia).

2. Quotes and Engagement

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
• Engagement confirms acceptance of the agreed written scope of work.
• Scope variations requested onsite will be billed at standard labor and equipment rates.

3. Site Access and Underground Services

• Clients or site controllers must provide clear, safe access for personnel and machinery prior to commencement.
• Clients must disclose all hidden hazards, private underground utilities and delicate ground conditions (e.g. reticulation, power, septic systems).
• Easy Trees Arboriculture accepts no liability for damage to unmapped or incorrectly marked services.

4. Weather and Safety Delays

Easy Trees Arboriculture reserves the right to suspend or reschedule operations without penalty due to hazardous weather (high winds, extreme heat, electrical storms, heavy rain), structural tree instability or unsafe site conditions.

5. Debris, Biomass and Timber

Standard operations include processing brush and mulch as specified. Any timber, habitat logs or hollow creations retained onsite remain the property and responsibility of the landholder upon completion.

6. Insurance and Compliance

Easy Trees Arboriculture maintains $10M Public Liability Insurance. Certificates of Currency, high risk work licenses, qualifications and tickets are available upon request.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon completion or within agreed commercial terms. Late payments may incur administrative recovery fees.
